The Ontario Ministry of Consumer Services have created Ontario’s Condo Guide written in plain and simple terms for buyers and condo owners to understand condominiums.

It is a confusing subject and the Condo Owners Association, a non profit Association has been working very hard to help create awareness and ensure consumer protection.
