The Condo Owners Association (COA) advocates and represents Condo Owners in Ontario plus provides condominium information to help Condominium Owners and Buyers.  This non profit Association was founded by Linda Pinizzotto (Founder and CEO) in March 2010 who believed that important changes needed to be made to the Condo Act 1998 to protect Condo Owners and support long term sustainability in Condominiums.  There are 26 Divisions under the COA Ontario.  Linda’s efforts have contributed to major changes, she has represented the COA in several stakeholder groups  Click on:  How COA Helps

  3.  Home Protection Centre – advocating Property Management and Managers licensing

The Government of Ontario will first implement the Management licensing part of the New Condo Act in July, 2017.  The Protecting Condo Owners Act will come into effect at the end of 2017 and in 2018.  Linda Pinizzotto is the Founder CEO of the Condo Owners Association, a non profit Association founded in March 2010.  She is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of Condominiums.
